By downloading or using Pixplash Labs software, you agree to these terms.

2. License Grant

You receive a non-transferable, single-user license through Gumroad.

2.1 Restrictions

• No sharing or reselling keys
• No reverse engineering
• No bypassing license protection

3. Ownership

Pixplash Labs owns all software, branding, and related intellectual property.

4. Activation

Activation is validated using Gumroad’s secure API.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled entirely through Gumroad.

6. Updates

Minor updates included; major upgrades may be separate.

7. Privacy

We do not collect your images or personal files. See Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Software is provided “AS IS”. No guarantees of uninterrupted performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pixplash Labs is not liable for data loss or indirect damages.

10. User Responsibilities

• Use legally
• Keep your license secure

11. Termination

We may revoke licenses involved in violations.

12. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of India.
